Meet your councillors for Comeytrowe on Taunton Town Council

Judy Stainthorpe

Judy wants to ensure the residents of Comeytrowe have a strong voice within the new Town Council. Judy is known locally for her work on the Galmington Stream – Keep it Clean campaign and for keeping residents aware of ongoing work on the development of Orchard Grove. 

She wants to ensure the people of Comeytrowe and Taunton have a safe, clean and sustainable environment for the future. A town we can be proud of. 

Simon Lester

Simon has lived in the area for nearly 20 years and as the father of young children, he wants Comeytrowe and Taunton to continue to be a place that they can thrive and have pride in. 
He is passionate about the outdoors and with three generations of the family living in Taunton  wants to ensure outside spaces are clean, safe and accessible to all. Simon is a professional Engineer and hopes to bring his industry experience to his local community.
